He has created cross industry issue and positioning efforts, and provided messaging strategy and advertising for presidential races, federal and state legislative campaigns, and statewide independent expenditures.
In the healthcare sector, Cliff has worked on behalf of the pharmaceutical industry and individual companies, medical societies, individual providers and networks, insurers and patient advocacy groups.
He has extensive experience working with groups dealing with a variety of policy and business challenges across a range of industries including the American Justice Partnership, American Tort Reform Association, Stand Up for Steel Coalition, Electronic Industries Alliance, United Defense, National Geographic Society, National Public Radio and similar groups and corporations.
An expert in moving public opinion on complicated issues such as legal reform, Cliff spearheaded the creation of the highly successful U.S. Chamber of Commerce "Judicial Education" effort and has created several major campaigns designed to reform our courts. His "Stumble" public service announcement created for the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association's "Healthy Competition" campaign was nominated for "Best PSA of the Year."
In addition to Cliff's diverse domestic experience, his expertise has been utilized internationally, spanning four continents including the countries of Albania, Australia, Canada, Serbia and Turkey. A native of New Jersey, Cliff received his BA in Political Science at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
